Legally, they have every right to charge that 5% fee because it was fully disclosed up front prior to (pre-pandemic) purchase. Not only do they offer discounted tickets and often times good deals on rooms, they have also always provided an excellent service. I, on the other hand, will continue to use them and recommend their services.
